You can attach letters, provided you black out all personal information. Alternatively, type out the relevant parts of the letter and what your query is.

When you post a reply, scroll down to under the 'post message block' and click on the 'Upload Attachment tab'.

It is a tab in the grey area at the bottom AFTER you have clicked on 'post reply' and before you click on 'submit'.
