Income and Expenditure-Business visit visa

Post by chzafar85 » Sun Feb 19, 2017 2:42 pm

Hi every one. I will be grateful if some one can help me with these question.

i visited uk many times as i import some stuff from uk,
now i am planning to take my younger brother to uk on my next trip along with me.
my brother is acting sales and purchase manager in my company, and i am sponsor him in all financial terms, means his airline tickets ,accommodation and living cost in uk.
Also my brother does not have any bank accounts and unmarried as well.
i am feeling difficulty in the following questions in the uk business visit visa form.

1. How much do you spend each month on living costs?
2.How much of your total monthly income is given to your family members and other dependants?
3.What is the cost to you personally of your trip in GBP(£)?
4.The total amount of money you have for this trip
5.The cost of your living expenses

i select BROTHER in contributing payment for you trip.
6.How much will they be paying towards your trip (in GBP £)?
7.Please explain why they are paying towards the cost of your trip?
8.What is the total amount in GBP(£)?

Why would you personally sponsor him? Surely the company will pay the costs?

How is his salary paid then if he does not have a bank account. The circumstances you have outlined means it is unlikely that he will be successful with a visa in my opinion.

Smells fishy to me (and thus will to UKVI). Seems like it's a manufactured set-up to obtain a tourist visa for someone who may well not be likely to qualify normally.

1. No business name mentioned for visa

2. No salary/bank account for employee

3. 'Acting' in job title.

4. Why two people needed?

NO, its not a manufactured set-up, actually we are running our family business, the company is on my name, and my brother is helping me in this business.i want to take him along with me to introduce him to uk suppliers so that in future he can go alone ....
i also have invitation letter from my supplier in uk, he trust me,no problem
i pay him in cash, and the word "ACTING" i used coz my english is not so good.
thanks

That will weaken the application considerably.

He will have a hard time proving to the ECO what his circumstances are in home country as has no apparent paper trail of his ties to home country.

No need to get defensive. We say it as it is based on what members post. UKVI is far more brutal and scrutinises harshly.
