How to apply for child - tier2 dependent extension within UK

I have recently received my Tier-2 extension. I have not added dependant to my application at a time of extension. I need to now apply for the tier-2 dependent extension for my child (2 yrs old).

I am unable to find the link on GOV website. please help.
