Post by Ameten » Wed Feb 22, 2017 9:17 pm

Hello Everyone,
Please is it possible for a tier1 entrepreneur spouse to switch to Student visa when he/she still have up to 16 months on his/her current dependant visa?
Thanks for your anticipated usual helpful advice

You have to apply from your home country.

You are not 'switching'. You are applying for an entirely new entry clearance visa. It makes no difference whether you have a visa valid for x months. If granted a Tier 4 visa, your Tier 1 Ent dependent visa will be cancelled.
