Tier 2 General Minimum Earnings Pro Rata

I am tier 2 general I am sponsored to work part time and whilst working part time earn 24,000 a year if I were to work full time I would earn 33,000.

My SOC code is 2314.

Do the changes in April 2017 about minimum earnings impact me?

Is there anywhere in the tier 2 general document that I can find the wording of this.

Also I know I am allowed to do the same job at the same level for up to 20 hours per week, does this second job need to provide a second COS?

How many hours are you working if you say 'part time'?

For Tier 2 General, I understand the minimum you must work is 30 hours per week.

You cannot be sponsored on tier 2 general to work part time as far as I am aware.
