Requirement to be in the country 3 years ago

Post by marija2017 » Fri Feb 24, 2017 2:02 pm

Hello,

I have scheduled the appointment for the NCS on the 1st of March. I came back to the UK on the 28th of February (stamp in my passport) 3 years ago. Do I fulfil the requirement of being present in the country exactly 3 years ago if I make an application on the 1st of March?

The reason for this tight date is that all the councils are overbooked for the next month. Probably someone cancelled their appointment so I got to book for the 1st of March.

Thank you!
