hi,
i am new here. I am in UK on refugee 5 years visa. I am also getting carer Allowance. Now i get married here, my husband is on student visa. We want to switch his visa student to spouse. He also allowed 20 hours for work. Kindly advice me, because we discuss this with 2, 3 solicitors but they didn`t give us clear info.

Thanks

Your husband can't switch to a spouse visa until you are granted ILR.

FLR(M) is possible as the spouse of someone with refugee leave to remain.
Family life as the partner or a person
in the UK with refugee leave or humanitarian protection
(5 year route)
