I am thinking of applying ILR, but I am worried I might missed some dates outside the UK, is there a service which I can use to obtain the exact dates I have been outside the UK ?

If I do a subject access request to the HO, what documents should I be requesting, if I want to find out my dates outside the UK?

I should be requesting In section 2 part A I should request Print out of caseworker files and VISA application forms?

or I should be filling in Seciton 2 Part B and put immigration record ?

SAR you will only get 'coded' landing cards, those are entries where there were complications. You don't get any info on leaving the UK. As such SAR is useless for figuring out travel.

Your email, passport stamps and frequent flier accounts are your friends
