According to Home Office records, my PR date counts back 5 years from my date of marriage but I applied 3 months before my RC expired.

Hi there thanks for your reply
Let me make it more clear

Got married in 2nd March 2012
Got RC in September 2012

5 years will be from Marriage 2nd March 2017
5 years will be from Marriage September 2017

I have asked few solicitor some of them they told me
apply 5 years from date of RC
Most of them told apply 5 years from Marriage certificate date

I'm confused
Can I apply 2nd March 2017 will 5 years from Marriage 5
Date ??

I'm waiting for your reply thanks again

It is 5 years from date of marriage provided your spouse was and is a qualifying person, i.e. exercising treaty rights.

Hi CR001 thank you very much for your help
I'm sending my application PR on 3rd March 2017
After 5 years of marriage

Dear CR001 Can you please help me with this also

1- my EU spouse got her PR last year January 2016
Do I have send only her PR with my application
Or all 5 years Employment documents?

2- do I need to send her divorce certificate from her previous marriage ?
