Tier 2 with Disabled Kid

Post by rajeshrv » Mon Feb 27, 2017 5:56 pm

I am looking to apply for a tier 2 UK visa. I have a disabled kid with cerebral palsy. I am keen to understand whether there will be any issue in getting dependent visa for spouse and kid.

If possible to get visa, then will there be any restrictions in getting special education and medical benefits ?

Will there be any issue in getting citizenship after due time ?

No, there should be no issue as refusal on the basis of disability would be discrimination which is illegal.
