For now, EU citizens are considered settled even without PR for the purpose of Tier 1 Ent.

Doesn't the policy guidance says the list of country's citizens work will be counted??

I have seen T1 extended for many people employing EU citizens without PR.

That is not correct. EEA citizens qualify as settled workers under Tier 1E.

EU Workers are 100% allowed and you can claim points for hours worked by them. I had 10 to 12 employees some were EU workers and i got points for them all.

Hi Zimba, I have one employee , french national , do i need to submit her birth certificate as well as her passport doesn't have her mother's name on it, as policy guide says that if your employee is foreign national so we need a birth certificate with either parents name on it, she has a french passport and french ID card and she has a birth certificate as well but in french.?
do i need to submit all 3 documents, passport, ID card and Birth certificate or Just passport and Birth certificate will do as i am trying do avoid sending her French ID card because the signature on it shows only last name and on passport as first name and last
kindly suggest.

Does any passport generally have parent's name on them?

A French passport may be sufficient.

A copy of first page of the EU passport is enough. This is obvious in the guide :!:
