Help! Incorrectly filled in FLRM online application

Post by joeboi6565 » Mon Feb 27, 2017 10:27 am

Good morning, I have not posted on here before but in sheer desperation thought i would try.
Me and my wife have been together for a year and a half and in oct she joined me on a fiance visa, i am british from birth and my wife is thai, we got the fiance visa no problems and we have been living together in my home since then, we got married a couple of weeks ago and filled out our FLRM forms online and booked a same day appointment in a couple of weeks.
all looked fine until we noticed a mistake, my wife accidently filled in a box saying she was a homeowner and put in how much my mortgage payments are per month, obviously she does not own a home i do. thing is we cannot change the online application, is it okay to correct the form by pen that we had to print out at the end of the application and put a cover note in stating that i am the one who owns a home not my wife? Pretty terrified this might fail our application?
Many thanks Joe

Correct it by hand on the printed out copy you take with you.

Thank you very much for your help, so just cross it out with a pen and write a cover note?
will it hurt our application?
Many thanks Joe

Not required if applying from a fiance visa. Submit what you have, even if minimal.

Here is our list for our documents

1 online application form printed, my wife accidentally filled out the financial part wrong on page 10 about having a job she said she did, and also she owned a home, i think she meant i did and got confused. as you cant change the on-line application we put in a cover note on that page stating she doesn't work and never has, never has broken immigration rules, i have a job the sponsor me, a house, she lives with me.
Her documents

5: record of optician book perscription to our adress in the uk
6: flight tickets
7: pictures together
8: whatsapp logs
9: marriage cert and pictures of wedding
10: 2 passport photos
11: cover notes detailing our relationship history 1.5 years
12: IHS RECEIPT
13: TB TEST
14: ENGAGMENT CARDS
15: WEDDING RSVP REPLYS

My documents sponsor
1: land registry
2:mortgage agreement and statement
3: council tax
4: 2 energy and water bills
5: wedding receipts
6: wedding ring receipts
7: 6 months bank statements
8: employment letter stating over 18600 per anum
9: Personal Independence payment records
10: passport copy
11: driving license copy
12: sponsorship decleration
13: 6 months bank slips
14: p60
15: 1 passport photo me

Are we missing anything, and hope we are not worrying too much about the incorrect on line application form

I merged your two topics to make it easier as we prefer one single topic on the same application rather than a new topic with each question.
