Requirements for Further Leave to Remain (Marriage) - FLR(M)

Hi
I just want to ask that I came on student visa in Sep 2011 & continue on that till 2016 march then my college was revoked & I put flro ( got refused in Jan 2017) & then I applied flr fp with unmarried partner ( settled refugee) & now thinking of getting married as the case is still in progress so em thinking of putting flr m after marriage as my partner earning sufficient money so can I go to premium centre ??
Is there any problem in going premium service as my flr fp is pending & she just started the job so is it fine that we can show the 3 months payslip
Need urgent advice ?????????

FLR(M) will fail if you/she cannot produce 6 months payslips and 6 months bank statements.

Do you realise you have to give 28 days notice at an HO approved Registry office in order to marry. This notice period can be extended to 70 days for HO to investigate and/or interview each of you separately before you will be given permission to marry. In order to give notice to marry, you need your passport.
