Bank Statements

So I am currently applying for the fiancee visa, and wanted to gauge opinions.....

I know it's not required for me to submit my bank documents (as my sponsor must submit them), but I wanted to include them as proof that my fiance and I went on dates & holidays, and that I have paid for some of our flights, etc. I received official statements from my bank and I highlighted the relevant transactions. This may be a bit overboard to ask, but does me highlighting the documents make them no longer official? Should I include another official copy as well?

Your bank statements are not required and won't be looked at if you are relying on your sponsors income. Flight tickets and photos will be sufficient to show time spent together.
