Post by kumar114 » Mon Mar 06, 2017 7:16 am

Hi
I am a confused.
I want to go for premium service to apply for my (Tier 2 General) extension. DO I need to make an appointment first?
Where can I find the information?

Also if I want to extend for 3 years which one should I go for:-
(up to 3 years) or (over 3 years) ?

It is getting annoying that you keep opening a new topic with each and every question you have rather than keeping all your questions on the same application in ONE topic. See Multiple Posts (click)

See below. Yes you need an appointment, it is not just a 'walk in off the street' service. You pay online, including the IHS.

https://www.gov.uk/ukvi-premium-service ... s/overview

If you want a 3 year extension then it is 'up to three years'.

@CR01 Sorry for my multiple post. It was a diferent topic so I thought posting as a new post.

I just found this link also.
https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-priority-applications
It says something about inclusion form.

So again confused..

Hi,
Cannot create a new post so I posted it here.

While in creating a certificate (tier 2 general extension), thers is a section which says to inlcude details of resident labour market test.
The job was posted at 3 places in 2014.
2 on our own website and other in jobserasch.direct.gov.uk website. The job link posted in jobsearch shows the error now. Also one of our website has been updated and it does not work there also. I cannot do anything on this can I?

kind regards
kumar

IIRC your application is an extension, right?

From my last COS:

Have you met the resident labour market test?
Answer : Yes

Give details of the resident labour market test including where and when the post was advertised and reference number(s) for mandatory advertising:
Answer: Resident labour market test is not required as migrant is applying for extension and has been employer by company for XX years under Tier 2 General.
