ILR 10 years for wife - some questions

My wife is due to apply for her indefinite leave to remain in April after clocking 10 years.
She has masters in Marketing from UK and has passed her LIUK exam.
She has also passed through FLR (M) which is due in 2019 but she has clocked 10 years now from 2017 in April .

Which further documents does she require and which form please?.

I am British Citizen myself.
Comments please gurus.

Passports covering the WHOLE 10 years plus what you state above. Form Set(LR), link to form and guidance notes below. She can apply in person or by post. Make sure her absences are within the limit and that no single absence is 180 days or more. Also that she has had valid leave to remain for the whole period.

Without anyone knowing yet what the fee increase is going to be, and last year was a substantial increase in ILR fees - 25%, perhaps paying the extra £500 to apply in person might be well worth it to get a decision on the day.

Appointments are usually available to book 42 days in advance of your intended date. Some centres however (Croydon is on) only have dates 20 to 28 days in advance. See link below on how to find and book a centre appointment.

Casa, i was informed we can book online day decision booking for appointment at HO 42 days before the due date of May 3rd, which by my calculation is by March 23rd.
We are applying in person and trying to get appointment either in Croydon or Liverpool.
Please advice.
