How to meet English language requirements

Post by kaydee2016 » Tue Mar 07, 2017 11:42 pm

Hi All,

I was granted ILR in Jan 2012, however not yet applied BC due to absences from UK. Planning to apply now.
I took Life in UK test before ILR. I had passed IELTS as well during change from Work Permit to T1G in 2009.

Do I meet English language requirement for BC please or do I need to appear for test before I make an application.

appreciate your replies.

Kaydee

You will need to do an English test as your is too old and not a SELT test. You also didn't apply for ILR after 28 October 2013 when you would have needed the test.
