Post by prk » Sat Mar 04, 2017 10:00 am

Hi friends,

Good Morning!

Could you please help me. Right now I am in Tier 2 work permit visa. My visa is expiring next month April 2017.I can't able to extend my current visa due to sponsor licence cancelled.

Could you please let me know.

> Whether I can switch from Tier2 to Tier4 student visa?

>I already done MBA(Travel,Tourism & Hospitality Management) in Kensington College of Business(Wales University - 2010).

>Then I switch to PSW visa - 2012.

>In April 2014 I switch it to Tier 2 (Current visa).

>If i switch to tier4 student visa. 20 hours Working is allowed for main applicant?

>Can Dependant visa holder work or not?

> I already done MBA. Can I do same MBA course different subject or I need to do above level?

>Maintenance funds - How much amount and how long I need to maintain for main applicant and dependant?

> I need to pay university fees fully or instalment?

> I am married, my wife is in dependant visa. Shall I apply Tier 4 student visa for her(inside the uk)?

>Could you please suggest me good university with low fees and courses.

which month do you have next intake.?

How much amount I need to maintain in the bank? Note: I am married. My wife is staying with me. I need to apply for dependant visa also.

Please I am waiting for your reply.

Given your history I doubt any University will consider granting you a CAS. It is plainly obvious your reason for considering tier 4 is to remain in the U.K. and not for the purposes of study.
Given the expiry date of your visa and the revocation of your sponsors licence the only way to reasonablely get a CAS will be to apply from your home country.

Switching from FLR(o) to Tier 2 or Tier 4.

Post by prk » Wed Mar 08, 2017 12:27 pm

Hi friends,

Could you please help. Right now I am in Tier2 General. My visa is expiring next month april. Suddenly our company sponsor licence is cancelled. I don't have time to try another sponsor. For time being If I applied for FLR (o) application. I didn't receive any curtailment letter due to my visa expired in less than 60 days.

>Later If i get tier2 sponsor can I switch to tier 2 visa (same company if they win Judicial Review or any other new sponsor) or not?

>Otherwise can I switch from FLR(O) to tier 4 Student visa?

>I came to UK in August 2010 and I done MBA, then I switch to PSW, then Tier2 .

Could you please help me on this, I am very tensed.

I am waiting for your reply.

Was there anything in FrontierMole's advice that wasn't clear?

I have merged your topics, it is not necessary to start a new topic with the same question.
