Documents sent - nothing heard back

Post by OleksandrG » Fri Mar 10, 2017 11:30 am

Good morning all.

I`ve sent all my documents for Tier 2 extension on 20th of February via standard Royal Mail.

Since then haven`t heard back. No letter received confirming or biometric invitation.

Rang to UKBA - been told to wait. Is there a way to check if they actually received my document...

They could be lost on the way there or their letter back could be lost (and I meant to have only 15 days o get my fingerprints taken).

Visa expires today.

What shall I do?

Thank you.

Suggest be patient, it has only been about 2.5 weeks.

You could have sent it special delivery to track it.

Why can applicants not be patient.

Could be an increase in applications before fee increases and the immigration skills surcharge.
