Do i need to get TB Test done inspite having a visa?

Hi,

I hold a Tier 2 General Dependent Visa to the UK. And i'm of Indian Origin.
I have been in the UK till Jan 2016. And i am planning to come back to UK in a month.
Now that i am away for 1.3 yrs, please suggest if i need to get the TB test done.
I still have the visa validity till Jan 2019. So i need not be going through visa processing stage now.
The last time i had my TB test was almost 2.5 yrs back.
I just doubt if the immigration authorities at the airports would check my TB test certificates. Please suggest.

if you are entering on current visa, then u dont need TB test.
however, this current visa should have been revocked when you left uk for finishing job etc.

OP states it is a Tier 2 General Dependent visa they hold.

They will however be subject to the recent change to absence limits for PBS dependents and a possible break in their continuity of residence.
