FLR M RIGHT OR WRONG

Hi i just wanted to know if the FLR M is the right application form for extending spouse visa
My husbands 2.5 year is expiring and we would like to extend his visa
We're using the 5 year route
Spouse Application: 7th January 2013
Application Refused: 18th March 2013
Appeal Allowed: 29th May 2014
Visa Stamped: 7th August 2014
FLR (M): Applied in Person at Croydon 12th April 2017
BRP Recieved: 18th April 2017
