Tier 2 general extension (NHS surcharges)

Hi there,
I will be applying for Tier 2 general extension in the next month, by next month I will be completed 4 years 11 months 10 days on Tier 2 general visa. If I go for Tier 2 general extension I will get 1+ year extension so how much do I need to pay NHS fee? Can you please let me know.

Note: Actually I will be eligible for ILR in the next month but I can't apply for ILR because my current company licence suspended that is the reason I will be applying for Tier 2 general extension in the next month under new company.

What is the duration of the CoS?

You pay IHS of £200 per year or pro rata for part year.

Cos is usually for 3 years but I get the extension only for 1 year 15 days because I already on Tier 2 general visa for 4 years 11 months 10 days.
