Naturalisation Support Doc - ILR Letter - Is this required?

Hi

I have my Indian passport and BRP card (ILR). I had my ILR done based upon Tier 1-General.

I need clarification on the below section from AN form. It is at the end of form on Page 29:

SECTION 5 Evidence of freedom from immigration time restrictions:required for all applicants
except those covered by SECTION 4 above.
• Your passport showing permission to remain permanently in the UK Or
• The Home Office letter by which you were given permission to remain permanently in the UK
• If you came to the UK as an asylum seeker you should have evidence of appeal applications
Or
• Evidence of being freely landed

Do I need Home Office letter (bold above) as well along with my passport and BRP for naturalisation?
Someone told me that they were asked by NCS for the letter that came along with their BRP at the time of ILR even when they had passport and BRP with them.

Please confirm.
