hello,

Could you please tell me about Refusal 320(11)? i was already appeal and i got IA 10 on 12th jan 2017.

How do you expect anyone on an anonymous forum to give you advice when you don't explain your circumstances, immigration history etc

In 2009 i got Student visa till 2012. then after i apply for Tier 2 but application refused education not enough then after i apply for Tier 4 student visa before 28 days but result is same refused visa... but my agents said to me we can appeal right. we do the appeal... on that time immigration red on my house. and they catch me but but appeal on court that time they realized after 7 days but deal is they put me on sing every month....case is going result comes on negative... on 2013 then after i advise from solicitor.. he told me!! me and my girlfriend stay together in one house and make a all your paper both name we can apply for 2 years basis.... and that time the solicitor apply for JR..... and 2014 we get married our temple but JR takes too lang time on that time i don' t know my solicitor put the tier 4 application with out informed me....(2015) but JR result not coming after long time process... me and my wife advise to other solicitor and that solicitor advise to me u can go to back home and than apply for settlement visa because here no chance to give you visa you have lots application here. and April 2016 i was voluntarily departed the UK....

When you say married in a 'temple', do you mean an Islamic marriage done in the UK?

So you have now left the UK but want to apply for a spouse visa or have you already applied for a spouse visa?

Your post is not clear on what 320(11) refusal your are referring to.

It seems like you were refused under paragraph 320(11) for sending multiple frivolous applications.

Have you breached UK immigration law before?

i already apply spouse visa in my country but now Refusal 320(11) i did my appeal now i m waiting for result
