supporting documents for Naturalisation

Post by Shanaz Ali » Wed Mar 15, 2017 4:14 pm

Hello to all members.

Finally ity has come time for us to apply for naturalisation as BC,

I am applying as a family of three . Complete ILR + 1 year.

I have read the booklet and guidance note. I am going to send the documents by special delivery and have understood almost for the requirements.

One question, Do I have to send copies of all documents along with the originals?? If Yes, do I have to copy ALL PAGES OF THE PASSPORTS for the home office?. (Hope not as all three of us have to submit two passport and that would mean lots and lots of copies :D :D )

Just FYI
I will be including
Passports
Bio Metric Card
LIUK
Trinity college of London Certificate for English
P60s
Birth certificate for child
Marriage Certificate
Photos
Fees form

Have I missed out anything else??

Your valuable advise will be much apprecaited

thanks

No you do not have to send copies.

Why not apply through NCS using the joint citizenship and passport application scheme? You also get to keep ALL your original documents, including passports then.

Thanks for your quick response.

I will look into this ad see how soon I can get the appointment at NCS. I need to send applications ASAP before my son turns 18 (in May this year) otherwise he will have to do the LIUK and English test. Am trying t avoid that hassle.

Remember that you can apply at any NCS. It does not have to be the one your local council.

Payment slip: there's no signature field so no need to sign.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
Please do not send me private messages asking for advice.
