Varying child dependent application from tier1

Dear forum members,
I applied for Tier1 Entrepreneur extension in last week of December and received complex case letter in early Febraury. I am still waiting for my application decision.
My husband has successfully varied his application from Tier1 Entrepreneur dependent to ILR (Long residence).
My kids are born in UK and they qualify for british citizenship now.
Should i wait for the outcome of my application which could take months?
Or Is there any way that i can vary their application too? Or i have to withdraw their application?

You can vary to FLR(M) instead but your immigration clock as a PBS migrant will be set to zero that way.

I am in Uk for 4 years now.
I will continue my visa as i have invested a lot of energy and time in it alongside capital.
I am asking about my kids. I want to get their citizenship now. So should i wait for my visa decision as their passports are with HO.
Is there any way to apply for my kids to get registered without withdrawing their applications of Tier1 child dependent.If i withdraw their application to get register for citizenship; will they be overstayer from January to now as their visa has expired since early January.

I do not think you can withdraw the application just for your dependants.
Given that your kids are eligible to register as British citizens, I believe that you can register them now irrespective of the pending extension application.

UK born children are ENTITLED to register.
