Speaking of which, this reminds me of a friend who got her ILR in January. She went for a same day service though. She received 2 letters, one is generic that is not addressed to her, has no date, and states that application was approved and that the letter does not convey grant of ILR.bruteforce wrote:You will be fine using the date which is printed on BRP, the approval letter unfortunately does not normally have any date printed on it & it also states that the letter does not convey the grant or refusal of ILR. You need to send all passports to prove residence, so if your old passport covers a period of the 3 years, you must send it.
If applying by post yourself, ie NOT through NCS, you must send your original passports as copies won't be accepted. You don't need any of the other list of documents you have listed.
