Flrm English test requirements

Hi

So much good info on here I read a great deal but have a specific question I can't find an answer on

My wife is currently on a 2.5 year spouse visa from Pakistan and she has done an English test at the time of being granted original entry clearance to U.K. My question is she needs to apply for another 2.5 years in Jan 2018 but can she use her original English test or does she need to undertake a new one?

Any help appreciated
