None EEA Family Members to PR (after 5 years Marriage)

Hey every one i created this Topic bcoz its so confusing and cant find relative information people messed up immigration board with so many post etc, so please only post if you are None EEA family member and going to apply for PR after 5 years of Marriage.


Story is :-

Married to EEA National July/2012.
Both Working and still living together since.
got bills, payslip, P60, NHS letters, no benefit or any job-seeker since 2012.
visited each other countries.

she was working b4 for agency 0 hour contract but still getting 4 or 5 days a week but then last 3 years she is on contract full time.

i am on zero hour contract for last 7 years but getting 3 4 or 5 days a week work and still making 15k 16k a year on my p60.

the only question is will it effect our application that i have zero hour contract, second do we av to apply exactly 19 July 2017, thats when our 5 years time will end or we can apply 28 days b4.
