Tier2 Dependent visa - Sponsoror

Dear Friends,

I'm currently under Tier2 Long Term ICT ( 5 years) , Now i'm planning to bring my family from India. My query is - Is there any rule says that who should be sponsoring ? I.e., What i wanted to check - Is there any rule to say that employer who sponsored employee should also sponsor their dependents if they are supposed to work in UK for the next 5 years.

However i will be sponsoring my family if there no rule of saying that is not mandatory for the employer to sponsor their dependents. But I just want to confirm the rules.
