Tier 2 in country visa application

Hi everyone,

I am currently in the U.K. under a tier 2 visa. I applied for another job and my new employer has already issued another cos (I am yet to apply for further leave to remain). I have decided not to take employment with the new employer. My question is does the new cos issued affect my current leave to remain & will my choosing not to join my new employer have any effect on my current leave to remain?
