UK ICT tier II from employer A to ICT tier II from B

Hi

Apologies in advance if I am repeating similar type of question again.
I am working in UK on ICT tier II from employer A for company C since Nov 2014. That is my first visa of UK. Now employer A wants me to come back. However company C offering me a job through another employer B. Could you please help me to understand , what are my options.

1. I can directly switch from T2 ICT to T2 general in UK itself without going back.
2. I can go back leave A join B and then B can give me ICT for next 2.5 years.

Is my both option valid?
Do I have any other option?

No, you will be subject to the 12 month cooling off period.

Is 'B' an umbrella company? To qualify for ICT, you must work for your employer in your home country for 12 months.
