Tier1 Dependant visa

Post by ibabdelt » Sun Mar 26, 2017 12:10 pm

Hi All,
I am planning to apply for ILR on June 2017 - my wife and children have Tier-1 dependant visa until Jan 2018, they were only 2 years in UK, my question is what will happen after I get my ILR? can they continue on their visa until Jan 2018? then after that apply for ILR dependant or shall they switch immidiatley to ILR dependant visa after I get mine?

Thanks

Are you applying for ILR based on Tier 1 G and 5 years residence or on 10 years long residence basis?

They can continue extending their PBS dependent visas until they qualify for ILR with 5 years residence. An extension will be granted for 3 years.
