I need to ask you one question whether we can employ EU (German) citizen in our Tier 1 and what documents we required from Him.

Hi Zimba,

One more question can we make a changes in RTI (FPS) back dated becuase my accountant didnot mention the Start date and leave date she is using Money soft software. please help me

Ask the accountant to add the dates in the software. The FPS reports should be updated automatically.

first of all thanks you very much, please tell me whether we have to send HO the following document.

Some body told me that HO needs only one year record

All Customer Invoices till date
Employees Contract
Three Years Business Bank Statement.
Three Year Personal Statement
All Payslip till to date
All Directors Pay Slips

I have one more question, whether directors loan investment will deduct their salaries i mean to say (Director Investment-Directors Salaries= Required 50K Investment) Please reply as soon as possible.

You need to make sure that your salary did not come from your investment

This is a grey area. Depends on your revenues, expenses and how much you paid yourself.
