So it is fine. Are you seriously expecting his work conditions to confirm in writing that he can work in a restaurant?maya84 wrote:yes this is written in the BRP (RESTRICTED WORK NO DR/DEN TRAIN OR SPORTSPERSON)sah10406 wrote:Any work restrictions are printed on the visa or BRP.maya84 wrote:Can He work as full time or Just a part time? and How many hours can he work?

I just want to let you know about the job what he was looking for because he wants to improve his English Language. So, I asked the university which I studied and they told he be able to get a job and he couldn't work as a (dentist or sport ) but when I asked them about Can he work as a full time or a part time they said we are not sure. As you know I want to follow the Rulesah10406 wrote:So it is fine. The work conditions on a BRP explain if there are any restrictions or prohibitions on working. No one is allowed to work as a doctor or dentist in training or a professional sportsperson unless they specifically have a visa for that purpose. A Tier 4 student also has a restriction on the number of hours per week they may work, so that is on the BRP too.sah10406 wrote:[quote="maya84"I asked the university which I studied and they told he be able to get a job and he couldn't work as a (dentist or sport ) but when I asked them about Can he work as a full time or a part time they said we are not sure.
