Child benefit

Hello
Am a dependent partner live in uk under partner leave to remain my husband is working full-time and I am not working as Ihave to stay at home and takecare of the baby but my husband he's been reciving the child benefit without telling me or giving me a cent I just find out that.
1. What should I do? How can you help me?
2.do I qualify for my child benefit? Or not?
Please help me

YOU don't qualify for benefits so cannot claim.

If your husband is British or has ILR, HE is permitted to claim child benefit.

Nothing you can do really except speak to your husband to resolve.
