Child Benefit and Child Tax Credits - ILR holder

Hi

Can anyone help me Regading this question please I just received my ILR last week and my wife on tier 1 ent visa. I have two kids both born in UK. One travel outside UK after getting dep visa now i am filling my childern MN1 form and FLR M for my wife. Can I claim child benifit in my name ? And it will effect on my wife and childern application or not.

If possible Can you please link any rules and regulations guide or information regarding child benifit.

Can I claim child benifit in my name ? Yes, child benefit in your name. If you claim child tax credits it MUST be claimed in JOINT names with your spouse.

And it will effect on my wife and childern application or not. No it won't

Can you please answer one more question. I got ILR and my wife tier 1 visa and i am filling mn1 for my childern they have not british passport yet My child has some difficulty and found autism. His specelist tell us. We can claim disability living allowance. She said aurtism is also a part of disablity.

please tell can i claim disability living allowance on my name and it will not effect on my wife flrm visa and my childern mn1 application and passort and my passport application for next year.
