HSBC Premier Worldwide Travel Insurance

I'm a customer of HSBC Premier (UK), and so have its Worldwide Travel Insurance cover for myself, my wife and my child.

We're going to apply for a Schengen visa from London. Can I use the HSBC Premier Worldwide Travel Insurance for the application for all 3 of us? The insurance statement from HSBC will only contain my name, but it does say it covers me (with a name), my partner and child.
