FLR(M) for Dependents

Post by hnav » Tue Apr 04, 2017 6:35 pm

Hi

Any one please give

I am submitting the FLRM visa application form for my wife and have few questions below. Please can any one help me;

1- Can my wife include her maternity allowance/pay received in calculating her income level for visa requirements.

2- Are there any changes in UK Immigration coming this month? Are there any changes to FLRM form/visa?

3- My brother is an ACCA accountant, can he issue letter to confirm our income level for visa? Will Home Office accept this?

Thanks

What is her normal income? Do you work??

No.

There is no requirement for an accountant to confirm income for a spouse visa. HO require payslips and bank statements.
