Have I got all my documents.

Post by tails2 » Tue Apr 04, 2017 9:15 pm

So I'm supporting my girlfriend in obtaining a visa so we can get married. If this is okay I'll post them to Brazil for her to process further.

Bank statement from last 12 months showing my salary. (6 months needed).

12 months payslips (6 needed).

P60.

Copy of my contract sating my hourly wage and start date.

UK Border Agency sponsorship form.

Council tax and land registry from my mums house where we will initially stay.

My passport cover to cover.

My birth certificate.

Letter from my girlfriend stating our relationship with photos.
Letter from myself sating our relationship.
Letter from my mother stating our relationship.
Letter saying we can live in her house on my fiancees arrival.
Letter from myself stating I'll support my fiancee.
Letter from employer stating my salary before overtime and when I started working.

Extras not needed.

Letter from my sister.
Letter from my friend.
Copy of old passport biometric.
Copy of degree.
Copy of voting card.

Anything else I need?

Thanks Andy

UK Border Agency sponsorship form.
SU07 form is NOT a requirement for a spouse visa.

Why is that as I'll be supporting here until she can legally find work?

So the only forms needed are UKVI application form on the Visa4Uk website and appendix 2 of VAF4A.

Anything else?

The SU07 form is ONLY for Adult Dependent Relatives (i.e. elderly parents and grandparents etc.)
