Application form for spouse and dependant child ?.

hi, i am applying for further leave to remain in June 2017 this year. Please guide me about the documents and forms.
Last time HO gave me family visa for 30 months because i couldn't meet the financial and english language requirements. My husband is British citizen now and i have 2 kids. Younger kid has british passport,Elder one is applying with me for visa as well because he born at home country.

which form do i need to fill to apply for further leave to remain (both of us), ( for next 30 month visa ) ?.
I can't fulfill the financial requirement this time as well, what should i do ?.
Is my Elder son can apply for british passport or not ?. when he will be eligible for passport ?.

If you cannot meet the financial requirement, you use FLR(FP).

Is my Elder son can apply for MN1 or not ?. when he will be eligible for passport ?.

No he is not eligible for MN1. He will follow the same route as you and requires ILR before citizenship.
