Petition to immediately increase ILR fees to £25k

Hi,

I would like to start a petition to suggest increasing the ILR fees to £25k for each applicant instead of making rule changes every few months which costs the government huge consultation fees and making applicants confused and lawyers rich. There are currently many many people who are abusing the system and I believe £25k fee would deter them to come to the UK in the first place. Would it be ok to start a petition if I'm not a UK citizen? What do you guys think? I think this will help the government, genuine immigrants and taxpayers?
