*URGENT* Spouse Visa Overstayer

Post by Hellostreets » Thu Apr 06, 2017 4:57 pm

Hi,

I came to UK for studies in 2010, went to Pakistan in 2012. Got married in Pakistan and came back on Spouse visa in 2014, my visa expired on 14th January and its 10 days to go before I hit my 90 days overstayer voluntary limit.

My wife has Bipolar disorder and I have a 2 years old son, I look after both of them and if I went to Pakistan that will effect my wife's health.. she is on disability benefits too.

So is there any way I can stay in UK on humanitarian grounds or do I need to go back to Pakistan? I couldn't apply because of financial difficulties.. please reply soon.

Thanks.

There is no '90 days voluntary overstay'. You should have submitted a FLR(FP) Partner route application before your previous visa expired. I suggest that you submit it now and hope for the best.

The 90 days you mention has been reduced to 30 days.

As Casa suggests, best you submit an FLR(FP) partner route application as soon as possible.
