Hello

Well going to write whole story .....must read and share your experince

I lived in UK for more than 5 years with my sister ,we had same address from the day one.
I moved to Irleand on 21 oct 2015 as my sister exercise her EU trity rights.She is British citizen.

Applied my file on 10,April 2016 and recived acknowlegment on 28 August 2017.

3 April 2017 recived a refusal stating that i am not permitted family memeber of union citizen,,,refusal are :::::
----,didnot submitted record of banks transfer when i was in UK as depended as she was finincally supporting me.Well she was paying me in cash and i was living in her house for 5 years.
-----didnot submitted tenency agreemnt of UK on my name and any utility bill on my name .
The tenency agrement was on my brother in law name as well as all the bills he was paying.



I have submitted 26 documents ,11 of them from UK Including my DVLA,NI letter my GP all on the same address since 2011 which is almost 5 years of records.
I have TV LICENCE on my name ,which i submitted which they write is expired in 2011,but it is still on my name .

They asked me to submit review in 15 days.

I am ready to go for DNA,they didnt question anything about IRELNAD .


Need expert opinion on that,take it as a test case and i will updates everything for the sake of knowledge.

Did your sister and her husband and kids (if any) move to Ireland too as your post only says 'I moved to ....'?

Is your sister working in Ireland?

You are an extended family member with no automatic rights. You have not proved dependency. Yours is also not a 'test case'. Many have tried this with 'siblings' and many have failed.

Also, what was your immigration status in the UK and what were you doing for 5 years?

I moved along with my sister she is living here in Ireland .

She is not working as we applied on self sufficient bases meeting all the requirements .

It was an house hold dependency in UK for 5 years ,i hv submitted my NI which is clean never worked in UK .

She use to pay me in cash and i use to put sometimes my money through cash in my account.

Bills were paid by My brother in law and her account.

TV licence is on my name till today but they dudnt considered it.

I came to UK as student in 2011, and over stayed there till moving to ireland.
