There isn't one.

Is there a reason why you cannot keep ALL your questions on the SAME application in a SINGLE topic?? It is not necessary to start a new thread/topic with every question you have.

NOT required for a spouse visa. It is ONLY required for Adult Dependent Relatives, i.e. parents or grandparents. Please continue in your own topic (if you have one) if you have further questions on a spouse visa application.
