Home Office Delay :(

Dear All,

I have applied for FLR(O) visa for my mother for leave to remain in the UK, initially it was refused and we appealed it to the court and court allowed the appeal after the hearing, on 09/01/2017. Still, I haven't received any information from home office yet.what visa they will provide to my mother (indefinite or anything else?)

My lawyer sent a letter to the home office in the second week of February requesting to provide the visa, but som far no replies from home office.

Please kindly let me know.
