How does curtailment period works and re-enter in other visa

Hi all,
I need some advice or point me to right website for further informations.

Currently, under curtailment period. I was told by previous company HR that the notification was made to UKVI on 27 March 2017. Till date, I haven't receive any notification letter from UKVI. I have few questions.

1. How does UKVI usually contact and what type of format to reach us on curtailment letter?
-should I call UKVI to get letter or better wait out (to buy time)?

2. What happens if I don't receive any curtailment letter until 27 May 2017? *Assuming 27 May is the last day of curtailment period.

- Can I leave the country and re-enter as tourist/ study visa on 5-9 April 2017 (for my part time MBA)?
- Does the 12 month grace period applies to me if I have new company willing to sponsor and apply for new visa after 27 May 2017?

3. If I successfully switch to Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa after 27 May 2017 ? does 12 months cooling off applies to this scenario?

I have few questions. It has only been about two weeks. It can take a while to get a notification of curtailment from HO.

1. How does UKVI usually contact and what type of format to reach us on curtailment letter? It is a letter stating by which date you must leave the UK.

-should I call UKVI to get letter or better wait out (to buy time)? Try and be a bit patient. You will get the letter when HO prepares it and posts it.

2. What happens if I don't receive any curtailment letter until 27 May 2017? *Assuming 27 May is the last day of curtailment period. The curtailment period starts from the date of the letter NOT from the date you left your job.

- Can I leave the country and re-enter as tourist/ study visa on 5-9 April 2017 (for my part time MBA)? Risky and you could be refused entry if coming in as a tourist IO will have all your details about your cancelled visa on their system. You can re-enter if you have a student visa.
- Does the 12 month grace period applies to me if I have new company willing to sponsor and apply for new visa after 27 May 2017?

3. If I successfully switch to Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa after 27 May 2017 ? does 12 months cooling off applies to this scenario? So what is it, tourist, student or Tier 1? Suggest focus on what you want do, read the requirements and focus on ONE route. Do you have access to £200,000 with a viable business plan etc for Tier 1 Ent?

questions:
1.Does the 12 months grace period applies to me if I have new company willing to sponsor after the end of curtailment period ?

2. What is the process, says I gets a new employment willing to sponsor me (my Tier 2 visa valid till Sep 2018)?

3. How long is the process and documents needed to supplied for this route in Q2.
