Tier 2 General (TUPE). Help Urgently needed!!

Hi

Please can you let me know what evidence you've submitted regarding this and how long did it take for the eventual outcome on your application? I'm in a similar situation. As part of business separating and forming a different company, my employment was TUPE'd across from company A to company B . Company B have sponsorship licence. Company A have reported the details of the TUPE transfer on the UKVI SMS system and company B have sent an e-mail to UKVI Tier2& 5 reporting team with the TUPE tranfer details, within 20 working days of TUPE transfer.Company B have issued a new CoS for my Tier 2 General extension appliction which is 3 months after the TUPE transfer. However, case worker during my premium processing appointment informed that he could not find approval of my TUPE transfer on their system and and will check with the other UKVI team seeking for confirmation/approval of TUPE transfer

Hi CR001, Manci & other gurus on this forum,

Please can you advise on what evidence is the UKVI looking for, other than reporting the changes via SMS system and an e-mail to Tier 2 & 5 reporting team? Do UKVI usually send a confirmation letter to the employer accepting the TUPE transfer? Both my old employer(company A) and the new employer(company B) haven't received any confirmation, although they reported the changes via SMS system(company A) and an e-mail to Tier 2 & 5 reporting team(company B) . Company B has an acknowledgement e-mail in response to the e-mail they sent to but that does not include confirmation of TUPE transfer

I'm bit worried!
