Hi,
I immigrated to the UK on a Tier 2 visa. I have obtained ILR in August 2016. My wife is currently on Tier 2 dependent that expires in May. She has had that status for 4 and a half years. What would be the next best way forward and which visa should i apply for?

She got her visa in November 2012, so the application was after july 2012

She will need to apply for a PBS dependent extension.

Thanks for the reply. I am having some problems while i am filling the online form.
It is asking me for a CoS - which is not applicable to me now. There is no mention where i can state that i am on ILR. That is the same problem i am getting when i am applying for the immigration health surcharge.
Please advise!

She must apply ALONE. If you put your details in, the IHS fee will be huge.

Yes the online form. Please note that we cannot see what you see as don't have access to the online portal and forms.

I called the immigration folk. They asked me to put in a cover letter explaining this problem and describing the circumstances being different. Thank you very much for your help.
