Hi all Experts
I have court of appeal pending and now I have received a letter from Home Office 3 weeks ago that I am liable to be removed from UK. I did not visit reporting center after that. My solicitor responded to that letter but they did not send any reply.
Now, I learned that immigration enforcement visited my address looking for me. After that, I spoke to immigration officer over the phone. He said that Court of Appeal can be heard when I am out of country too so my appeal pending in court of appeal does not stops them from removing me from UK.
Question No.1: I do have right of appeal pending and I want it to be heard when I am in country. Why they are forcing me?
Question No. 2: What I should do next. Someone said that I should make Human Rights application along with my appeal pending in Court of Appeal.
Looking forward for your expert comments on this situation.
